17-4041 On 2/7/17 Charles Ray Patterson, Jr. , 30 of Gainesville was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine w/intent to Sell and Sale of Cocaine. Additional charges were added 2/15/17 of Traffic in Cocaine.

During and investigation related to drug activity the defendant did possess and sell cocaine and was identified as in a line up.

Patterson was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.




17-4246 On 2/16/17 Chandler Deann Deas, 18, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Burglary WHile Armed, Grand Theft III and Dealing in Stolen Property.

During the investigation of a reported burglary and theft of numerous items including a gun and four wheeler, the total loss approximated to be $1,325.00. Due to numerous statements and evidence during the locating and recovery of several of the stolen items, Deas became a suspect. During a post Miranda interview, the defendant admitted to her involvement in the burglary and theft. She also indicated how the home was entered, and whom she gave various stolen items to.

Deas was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.




17-4555 On 2/11/17 Jeremy Leonardo Roldan, 44, of Wellborn was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

During the investigation of reported drug activity, deputies made contact with the defendant. The defendant gave consented search of his residence and several baggies containing a substance consistent with methamphetamine were seen in plain view. Other drug paraphernalia were also located and the defendant freely admitted the substance was meth and the paraphernalia were his.

Roldan was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.



17-4761 On 2/14/17 Carlos Alberto Albuerne, 19 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Forgery and Theft.

During the investigation of a witness reporting they followed the defendant and witnessed him taking mail and items from victim's mailboxes. The defendant subsequently fled after noticing he was observed and crashed the vehicle he was driving. Upon questioning the defendant confessed that he had taken mail and items from mailboxes. The owner of the vehicle gave consent to search the vehicle finding numerous items from multiple victims including a check made out to the defendant. The victim who's check was forged advised he never issued or signed the forged check. Upon further interview, the defendant admitted to signing and forging the victim's check.

Albuerne was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.





17-4892 On 2/15/17 Jose Rodriguez, 28 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with No Driver's License.

During a routine traffic stop deputies made contact with Rodriguez who was identified as the driver of the vehicle. A records check of his name and date of birth revealed he did not possess a valid driver's license.

Rodriguez was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
