On Friday September 3, 2010 John Howard Sterling, 35 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Burglary and Grand Theft after he entered a residence without permission and stole property that was valued at over three hundred dollars.

John was transported to the Suwannee County Jail without incident.

On Sunday September 5, 2010 Marie Annette Baker, 29 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with DUI (2^nd Offense) and Child Neglect (3 counts) after she was stopped by a Deputy after she failed to maintain her lane of travel while driving a vehicle.  Marie was unable to satisfactorily perform field sobriety exercises.  There were also three children in the vehicle, two of whom were not hers.

Marie was transported to the Suwannee County Jail without incident.

On Monday September 6, 2010 Robert Grant Lau, Jr., 19 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with two counts Battery (Domestic Violence) after he struck two family members.
