On Friday, 4/17/15, Anthony Edward Worn, 35, of Newberry was arrested and charges with Trespassing and Disorderly Intoxication.
During an event at a local venue, it was reported Worn entered the venue without purchasing an armband. At some point he became intoxicated creating a disturbance cursing and yelling at passersby to buy him an armband.
Worn was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Thursday, 4/16/15, Sean Patrick Nicorvo, 43, of Live Oak, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Battery on a Person Over 65 Years or Older.
During the investigation of a reported battery the report states Nicorvo struck the victim a 71yoa, several times in the ribs, stomach, back and arms with a camping hatchet causing minor cuts and bruises. It was also reported the defendant was yelling he was going to kill the victim while he was striking him.
Nicorvo was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail.
On Saturday, 4/18/15, Marc Lee Grand, 24, and Christy Maxine Gravitt, 21, both of Live Oak were arrested and charged with Child Neglect.
After receiving several reports of two persons being unconscious and possibly under the influence of drugs with children present, deputies responded to a local business. They found Grand behind the wheel of the vehicle in the parking lot with a 3 month old child in the vehicle behind the driver's seat. The vehicle was not ventilated and the child was sweaty and damp from being in the vehicle for a prolonged period of time. Gravitt was located passed out on a bench in front of the business with a 3 year old child standing beside her crying. Gravitt was undisturbed and unaware of the child's distress. Upon making contact with both the defendant and co-defendant it was apparent they were under the influence of alcohol or drugs since they both were disoriented, had slurred speech and were unable to give a detailed account of what happened. Both admitted to using synthetic marijuana and drinking beer. A baggy of synthetic cannabis and a fabricated smoking device were located in their possession.
Grand and Gravitt were arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Friday, 4/17/15, Matthew H Mather, 29, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone) and Possession of -20 grams Marijuana.
During a routine traffic stop for speeding contact was made with the driver identified as Mather. During the course of the traffic stop Mather gave verbal consent to search the vehicle. The search yielded 19.5 pills of Loritab (Hydrocodone) and a baggie of Marijuana.
Mather was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Sunday, 4/19/15, Jason Paul Arnold, 42, of Solvay, NY was arrested and charged with Misuse of 911 System.
Deputies were dispatched to the area of I10 and US90 in reference to a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway. Upon arrival deputies observed a vehicle parked in the westbound lane of US90. The passenger identified as Arnold stated he was not the driver and indicated the driver parked the vehicle in the road and fled into the woods. During the investigation Arnold asked to make a call during which he was heard requesting a ride to New York and more deputies to his location without stating a reason. It was confirmed Arnold had dialed 911 making these requests.
Arnold was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Saturday, 4/18/15, Zachery Moss, 31, of Lake City was arrested and charged with Burglary, Grand Theft and Criminal Mischief.
During the investigation of a possible landlord/tenant issue the D/S Ferguson made contact with both the landlord and tenant. Both advised they did not enter or remove property from the victim''s residence leading to the damage and loss of the tenant/victims property. During the investigation contact was made with another tenant, Moss who was in possession of numerous of the victims belonging. Moss stated he did enter the residence without permission removed the stolen items and took them to his home. In addition he removed additional items from the victim''s residence leaving them in the yard where they became damaged by weather. The victim claimed his property however still wanted to pursue criminal charges.
Moss was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Saturday 4/18/15, Kevin Francis Quinn, 54, of Trinity, FL was arrested and charged with Battery and Lewd or Lascivious.
During an event at a local venue, event staff requested to search Quinn who was attempting to conceal an unknown object from them. Quinn exposed himself to the male and female event staff members requesting to search him. Event security detained him when he pulled away, grabbing the security personnel and fleeing on foot. He was detained moments later.
Quinn was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Monday, 4/21/15, Stephanie Lynn Gatlin, 24, of O''Brien was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Controlled Substance without Prescription.
During the investigation and welfare check on Gatlin following a verbal altercation deputies located Gatlin on a golf cart in the area of the incident. A routine request if she had anything illegal on her person she stated she had a small amount of cocaine and some pills. A container was located in her purse during the consented search, yielding a bag with several pills, a straw and white powder. A field test indicated the powder was cocaine. When asked, Gatlin stated she did not have a prescription for the pills and that she had obtained them illegally.
Gatlin was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Saturday, 4/25/15, Michelle Maxine Montanez, 38, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Grand Theft.
During the investigation of a theft of money deputies made contact with Montanez,reporting person and victim. The victim and reporting person stated after Montanez came to the residence the victim''s wallet was missing. The witness reported finding the victim's credit cards in Montanez''s purse. She consented to a search of her purse which yielded addition items belonging to the victim. Upon further request she produced cash and other monies consistent with the missing items reported by the victim.
Montanez was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
