On Friday October 10, 2014, Crystal Amber Dehart, 27, and Rodger Dale Kemp, 27, both of Wellborn were arrested and charged with Grand Theft and Dealing in Stolen Property.
During the investigation of a theft, the victim reported missing items over several months following Dehart and Kemp moving in. The victim further stated they were confronted about taking and pawning the items. They admitted to having pawned the items but made no efforts to get property back after stating they would. The estimated the value of pawned items is $2,500.00.
Both Dehart and Kemp were arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Tuesday October 14, 2014 Daniel Buck Jones, 39, of Branford was arrested and charged with Burglary while Occupied.
During an investigation of a burglary in progress deputies responded to a residence and made contact with the homeowner. The homeowner reported she was awakened by the sound of something dropping in her kitchen. When she went to investigate she found a male subject standing in front of her refrigerator. The subject fled when asked what he was doing. K9 and other units responded to search the area. K9 units tracked the suspect to the residence of Jones who was also seen earlier in the area near the victims home. Further investigation yielded evidence and Jones admission to having been in the home seeking food.
Jones was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
Jones was also suspect and linked by evidence to a reported theft/burglary of a vehicle reported 10/10/14. When further questioned under oath he admitted to taking items from vehicle reported under case #14-48600. He was arrested for Burglary of a Conveyance and Theft.
On Wednesday October 15, 2014 Clifford Ray Crosby, 61, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault.
Responding to a reported reckless driving, deputies made contact with the reporting person and the suspect at a local business. Crosby was located in a vehicle parked behind the suspected reckless driver vehicle keeping it from leaving. Contact was made with the other driver who advised she pulled into the store with her children when Crosby came up behind her vehicle blocking her from leaving. She also stated when she went inside the store to call for help, Crosby's vehicle hit her parked vehicle with her two minor children inside. Sgt. Zimmermann reviewed business surveillance and confirmed Crosby's vehicle did impact the victim's vehicle being blocked from leaving.
Crosby was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Tuesday, October 14, 2014, Michael Andrew Partin, 29, of Lake City was arrested and charged with Battery by Strangulation - Domestic Violence and Battery - Domestic Violence.
During the investigation of a possible battery D/S Ferguson made contact with the victim who reported Partin struck her in the face, choked her and she was thrown to the floor. The victim had visible redness around her neck and abrasions on her knees consistent with the statement.
Partin was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Thursday, October 16, 2014, Victor W. Edward aka Douglas Francis Edward, 34, of Pittsburgh, PA was arrested and charged with Obstruction of LEO w/o Violence, Disorderly Intoxication, and False ID to LEO. In addition, Brooke Evans, 25 of Hazelton, PA and Bryan M. Koehnke, 34 of Indianapolis, IN were both arrested for Trespass After Warning.
During a special detail event at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park D/S C. W. Watson made contact with the stated individuals. The first incident Evans and Koehnke were issued trespass warnings from the premises since they were trying to enter the venue without a pass. Edward did have a pass but chose to leave with his companions. Later in the evening it was reported to D/S C. Watson that the same individuals had entered the park via another point of entry trying to bypass security checkpoints. When contacted regarding this incident Edward became loud and obnoxious causing a public disturbance. His behavior and interaction indicated he was intoxicated and after being warned several additional times became a threat to officer safety.
Edward, Evans and Koehnke were arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges. It was confirmed via fingerprints the correct identity of Edward was Douglas Francis Edward and he had an active felony warrant from another Florida county.
On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Sabrina Michelle Davis, 22, of O'Brien was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.
During the investigation of a reported battery, D/S Z Clark made contact with the victim who had visible lacerations, abrasions and was bleeding as the result of an altercation. The victim reported that during a verbal argument Davis struck him and scratched him causing his injuries.
Davis was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Saturday October, 18, 2014, Melissa Jean Milliron, 28, of Lake City was arrested and charged with Trespass and Battery.
During a special detail event at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park D/S C. Tompkins made contact with park security who advised Milliron entered the venue without purchasing an armband. Furthermore when security attempted to detain her, Milliron punched the security officer. The defendant stated she entered the venue by walking thru the woods and did not require an armband. In addition she stated she punched the officer to stand up for her rights.
Milliron was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Gomez Pascual Delacruz, 29, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with No Valid Driver''s License.
While on routine patrol D/S Landis observed a vehicle carelessly run off the roadway several times. He conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Delacruz. During the course of the investigation it was confirmed that the defendant did not have a valid driver''s license.
Delacruz was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
