17-13776 / 17-16410 /17-18399 On 6/21/17 Steven Antonio Heggs, 40 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell - 2 cts, Sale of Methamphetamine - 2 cts, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of -20 grams Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

During the service of a search warrant involving the defendant, he was found to be in possession of and involved in several cases with the states charges. He was placed in custody.

Heggs was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.





17-17773 On 6/15/17 Bryan Keith Earls, 24 of Lake City was arrested and charged with Burglary, Domestic Violence, Resisting Arrest without Violence and Possession of -20 grams Marijuana.

During the investigation of a reported burglary and battery, the report states the defendant was sought on several charges. The report state the defendant opened the victim''s window and entered uninvited. He further engaged in a verbal argument which escalated into physical violence. The defendant further stated he hid in an out building until LEO left the area and waited until morning when he was located at another residence. When deputies made contact he admitted to having a small amount of marijuana in his pocket.

Earls was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.





17-18014 On 6/16/17 Jose Narcizo Hernandez, 27 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with No Valid Driver's License.

During a routine traffic stop for speeding, deputies made contact with the defendant who when asked advised he did not have a driver's license. This was verified thru a DHSMV records check.

Hernandez was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

 



17-17951 On 6/21/17 Anthony Laronne Williams, 41, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Failure to Register as Sex Offender.

During an ongoing investigation the report states the defendant failed to register as required by law in the county in where he resides. The defendant last registered in 2011. It was discovered during an unrelated investigation the defendant did reside in Suwannee County and was building a residence and had been issued permits at a Suwannee County address. When the defendant was located he was leaving the address registered on the permit and had numerous pieces of mail and invoices confirming his name and address as residing in Suwannee County.

Williams was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
