On Saturday October, 18, 2014, Melissa Jean Milliron, 28, of Lake City was arrested and charged with Trespass and Battery.

During a special detail event at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park D/S C. Tompkins made contact with park security who advised Milliron entered the venue without purchasing an armband. Furthermore when security attempted to detain her, Milliron punched the security officer. The defendant stated she entered the venue by walking thru the woods and did not require an armband. In addition she stated she punched the officer to stand up for her rights.

Milliron was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Gomez Pascual Delacruz, 29, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with No Valid Driver''s License.

While on routine patrol D/S Landis observed a vehicle carelessly run off the roadway several times. He conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Delacruz. During the course of the investigation it was confirmed that the defendant did not have a valid driver''s license.

Delacruz was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Josh Thomas Hunter, 27, of Mechanicsville, VA was arrested and charged with Possession of  Controlled Substance.

During a special event at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park Cpl. Kelly made contact with park security regarding persons trespassing. During a consented search of Hunter he found suspected cannabis brownies and candies as well as white pills identified as Tramadol. Hunter admitted he did not have a prescription for the pills.

Hunter was transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, Kyle Zachary Horrocks, 22, and Marvin Earl Orange II, 21, both of Live Oak were arrested and charged with Possession of -20grams of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

During a routine traffic stop for excessive speed D/S Wadford made contact with Horrocks and Orange after observing a plastic baggie being thrown from he vehicle just prior to the traffic stop. Both subjects were questioned as to the baggie thrown from the vehicle and both indicated it was a bag of marijuana. The baggie was retrieved and confirmed to be marijuana and Horrocks freely admitted that it was his. Further search of the vehicle yielded -20grams of marijuana, a marijuana smoking pipe, seeds and grinding tools all associated with marijuana.

Horrocks and Orange were arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Wednesday, October 22, 2014, Gary Wayne Singletary, 38, of Mayo was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

During the investigation of a disturbance at a Dowling Park business D/S Descarreaux made contact with Singletary who was screaming, yelling and banging his head against the wall. In addition he was not fully clothed and had been throwing trash in front of the business, scaring the clerk.

Singletary was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Wednesday, October 22, 2014, Neil Thomas Boston, 53, of Lake City was arrested and charged with Stalking with Credible Threat (6 counts) and Disorderly Intoxication.

During the investigation regarding threats and harassment D/S Clark received numerous reports and complaints that Boston had repeatedly harassed and threatened the victims via walking and driving by the victims residents yelling threats to kill them. In addition is was reported he would stand at the end of the driveway yelling repeated threats to the victims. Upon further investigation Neil was found to be causing a public disturbance while in the possession of an open container of alcohol on a public roadway while yelling threats and obscenities in a neighbors driveway.

Boston was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Saturday, October 25, 2014, Oscar Mendez-Vasquez, 24, of Live Oak was arrested and charges with No Driver's License - 3rd Offense.

During a traffic stop for reckless driving contact was made with Mendez-Vasquez. When asked for his license he advised he had never had a license in any state and produced a Mexican ID card. A records check indicated he had 2 prior offense for driving with no license.

Mendez-Vasquez was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Saturday, October 25, 2014, Eusebio Mendez, 32, of Live Oak was arrested for No Valid DL - 2nd Offense.

During a prior traffic stop in which Mendez was the passenger in a vehicle whose driver was arrested for no dl. Mendez indicated he did not have a driver''s license as well and stated he would wait for a ride. A short time later the same vehicle was observed travelling in the same area with Mendez as the driver. A traffic stop was conducted and a record check confirmed Mendez did not have a license and had 1 prior arrest for no valid dl.

Mendez was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Saturday, October 25, 2014, Cristian Quintero, 24, of Mayo was arrested and charged with DUI and No Valid DL.

While on routine a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for excessive speed and reckless driving. Contact was made with the driver identified as Quintero who smelled strongly of alcohol. He admitted to having no license and a records check confirmed this information. In addition, he was unable to successfully complete the field sobriety exercises asked of him, and intoxilyzer results indicated he was above the legal limit.

Quintero was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Sunday, October 26, 2014, Alphonso Roberts, Jr, 30, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with DWLSR - Knowingly 4th Offense.

During a routine traffic stop for failure to maintain a single lane of travel, contact was made with the driver identified as Roberts. He freely admitted he did not have a license and this was confirmed via a records check. It was also found he had 3 prior charges for DWLSR.

Roberts was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Monday, October 27, 2014, James Wade Lashley, 24 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Also arrested was Christina Marie Brannon, 25, also of Live Oak. She was arrested and charged with False Name to LEO, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DWLSR - Knowingly - 3rd Offense and having an active Suwannee County warrant.

During a routine traffic stop for failure to maintain lanes and tag violations, Cpl. W. Kelly observed an item being thrown from the passengers side window prior to stopping the vehicle. During the investigation he made contact with the passenger, identified as Lashley. The item was retrieved and it contained a smoking pipe and a substance which appeared to be K2/Spice. When Lashley was asked about the items he freely admitted to using the pipe and smoking K2/Spice. In addition several other clear baggies were located under the passenger seat. He was detained and contact was made with the driver. During the interview of the driver, she gave a name which upon further inquiry indicated there was an active warrant. The driver then became upset and advised she gave a false name. She was identified as Brannon who freely stated she did not have a license and she knew she had a warrant. She was placed in custody. During a search of her person she admitted to having a pipe and K2/Spice on her.

Lashley and Brannon were arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, Jonathan Wood, 23, of Live Oak was arrested and charged ith Burglary and Aggravated Battery.

D/S Tompkins responded to a reported battery, upon arrival he made contact with the victim. The victim reported Wood busted the door and entered the residence, once inside he struck the victim in the face breaking his nose. The victim was treated and transported by EMS for his injuries.

Wood was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, Laura Gaylord, 46 of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Battery - Domestic Violence and Resisting w/o Violence.

During the investigation of a disturbance, D/S Tompkins made contact with both parties involved in the disturbance. The victim reported during a verbal argument Gaylord became physical and began hitting the victim. During the altercation Gaylord attempted to swing at the victim again when she fell against a window breaking it. When D/S Tompkins advised she would be placed under arrest Gaylord fled on foot and only stopped when she was threatened with being tased.

Gaylord was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
