On Sunday, 3/8/15, Brandy Renee Brinkley, 31, of Lake City was arrested and charged with Trespass After Warning and Retail Theft.
During the investigation of shoplifting D/S Descarreaux made contact with loss prevention at Wal-Mart. They reported Brinkley was observed entering the store selecting and concealing items and leaving the store without paying. The total value of the items equaled $483.75. Further information was provided that Brinkley was Trespass from all Wal-mart stores for life in December and knowingly signed a warning advising her of this. She was additional warned and signed another Trespass letter during this incident.
Brinkley was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Wednesday, 3/4/15, Michael David Dudley, Sr, 55, of McAlpin was arrested and charged with Battery and DWLSR (knowingly).
During the investigation of a disturbance, D/S Van Zile made contact with the victim who stated during an argument Dudley hit him several times and then got in his vehicle and left. Several minor injuries were visible to the deputy. The victim was treated and transported to a medical facility with minor injuries and during the investigation Dudley returned to the scene. While interviewing Dudley he openly admitted he grabbed the victim and hit him several times. Further information was received that Dudley did not have a valid driver''s license and he openly admitted to having knowledge of this fact.
Dudley was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Thursday, 3/5/15, Manuel Rivera Oviedo, 39, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Battery - Domestic Violence on a Pregnant Person.
During a reported domestic battery D/S Henry and EMS responded. Upon arrival they made contact with the victim and a witness. The witness stated she observed Rivera Oviedo strike the victim with his fist in her lower abdomen as well as he struck the victim in the face. The victim is 9 months pregnant and was evaluated and transported by EMS to a medical facility.
Rivera Oviedo was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Tuesday 3/3/15, Wayne Samuel Hill, 42, Michael Eugene Jenkins, 40, and Carol Ann Taylor, 42 all of Live Oak were arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursor Chemicals and Traffic in Methamphetamine.
During another unrelated investigation deputies found Hill, Taylor and Jenkins in possession of precursor chemicals , a complete methamphetamine cook process and equipment associated with a methamphetamine lab.
Hill, Taylor and Jenkins were arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Thursday 3/12/15, Anthony Lasalle Brown, Sr., 38, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Battery Domestic Violence.
During the investigation of a reported battery D/S Kastor responded to a residence and made contact with the parties involved. The victim reported during a heated verbal argument Brown struck her in the face and kicked her several times in the legs and foot where she had a previous broken foot. It was further reported Brown threw a glass candy dish hitting the victim in the arm. Broken glass was evident at the scene consistent with the victims statement.
Brown was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Thursday 3/12/15, Earl Poole, 53, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Possession of -20 grams if Marijuana.
During a traffic stop in the Wal-Mart parking lot in which Poole was the passenger deputies made contact with Poole. Deputies searched Poole due to his refusal to show his hands and appeared to be concealing something which could jeopardize officer safety. The search yielded a small baggie containing -20 grams of marijuana.
Poole was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Thursday 3/12/15, Jerry Melvin Burcker, 34, of O'Brien was arrested and charged with DWLSR Habitual Offender.
During a routine traffic stop for faulty equipment D/S Frost made contact with the driver of the vehicle identified as Burcker. Burcker advised he did not have a driver's license and provided an ID card. A FLHSMV records check confirmed his driving privileges had been suspended in 2013 as a Habitual Traffic Offender. A record check also confirmed he was on Felony Probation and had a house arrest curfew 7pm - 7am. This traffic stop was made at 8:04 pm.
Burcker was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Wednesday 3/18/15, Tabitha Gerline Turner, 38, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
During the investigation of multiple reports of loud music and yelling Sgt. Zimmermann responded to a residence and made contact with Turner and several others. It was noted all parties were yelling and appeared to be intoxicated. They agreed to turn the music down, go inside and stop yelling. Sgt Zimmermann was dispatched again to the residence in reference to yelling and loud music and made contact with several persons reporting this ongoing issue. Reporting persons advised they could clearly hear Turner yelling from some distance away. Contact was again made with Turner and she was placed in custody. Turner also stated she had consumed more than 8 beers.
Turner was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On Friday 3/20/15, Austin Taylor Carhart, 18, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Assault/Domestic Violence.
Cpl. Z Clark responded to a residence in reference to threats of violence. Upon arrival he made contact with the victim who stated Carhart threatened harm to her and showed a high level of aggression. Upon speaking with Carhart he stated he had punched a metal door out of anger. The victim feared that he would follow through with his threats to due harm.
Carhart was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
On 3/22/15, Daniel R Sivyer, 49, of Live Oak was arrested and charged with Battery (Domestic Violence).
D/S C. Watson responded to a reported domestic battery. Upon arrival he made contact with the witnesses and victim regarding the incident. The witnesses stated Sivyer shoved the victim to the ground and then struck the victim in the face. The victim abstained from writing a statement.
Sivyer was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail on the stated charges.
