On April 26 & 27, 2012, Alan Lance Davis 33 of Luraville, Fl was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Structure, Grand Theft & Dealing in Stolen Property after he entered private property by cutting a locked gate.  While on the property he took items that did not belong to him and sold scrap metal material and car parts to Branford Salvage & Recycling.

 

Davis was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On April 26 & 27, 2012, Jeffrey S. Crowson, 26 of O'Brien, Fl was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Structure, Grand Theft and Dealing in Stolen Property after he entered a structure without permission with the intent to commit theft.  Crowson cut a locked gate to gain entry while inside the property he took items that did not belong to him and sold them at a scrap yard.

 

Crowson was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 3, 2012, Jose Dealva 32 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Retail Theft after he took items from Walmart and concealed them leaving the store without paying for them.

Dealva was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 5, 2012, Roberto Pascual Palafox-Vargas 47 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with DUI and No Valid Drivers License after he was observed swerving into a Deputies lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the defendant admitted he had been drinking alcohol.

 

Palafox-Vargas was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 5, 2012, Jeanne Marie Oakes Orr 35 of West Palm Beach, Fl was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after a traffic stop was made while conducting an investigation on the driver the defendant kept making commits as to what the driver should and should not do.  The defendant was told several times to keep quite and she would not.  The defendant became more and more disorderly due to having been drinking.

 

Orr was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 5, 2012 Byron Charles Williams 29 of Jacksonville, Fl was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended With Knowledge after he was driving in the Spirit of Suwannee knowing that she was driving with a suspended license.

 

Williams was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 6, 2012, Michael Quigley 51 of Windham, NH was arrested and charged with Disorderly Intoxication after he was sitting in the driver's seat of his vehicle screaming obscenities at customers of the store.  A strong odor of alcohol was on the defendant's breath and there was an open half gallon of vodka on the center console.

 

Quigley was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 6, 2012, Kyle Martin Jordon 21 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Disorderly Intoxication after he was warned due to careless driving in the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park.  Upon further contact he became beligerent and utilizing profanity from behavior indictative of alcohol.

 

Jordon was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 7, 2012, Michael Dewayne Koon, 48 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery after he became involved in a physical altercation.

 

Koon was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 5, 2012, Shawn Lee Blitchington 39 of Jacksonville, Fl was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended after he was coming toward a deputy in the same lane and as he passed the deputy he was heard laughing as if it was intentional.  Contact was made with Blitchington at which time he said his license were suspended.

 

Blitchington was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 9, 2012, Johnathan Paul Barry, 32 of Wellborn, Fl was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended With Knowledge and Reckless Driving after he swerved into a deputies lane of traffic causing him to run off the roadway into a ditch.  A traffic stop was conducted and Barry advised that he was looking for his money in the seat of the truck.  Barry also advised that his license were suspended.

 

Barry was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 6, 2012, Gregory Lamar Gavan, 45 of Lake City, Fl was arrested and charged with Retail Theft after he was shopping at Walmart when he selected several items taking them out of the packages and placed them into his basket and exted the store without paying for them.

 

Gavan was transported to the Suwannee County Jail

On May 7, 2012, Damishia Evette Johnson, 20 of Lake City, Fl was arrested and charged with Grand Theft and Introduction of Contraband Into County Jail after she placed items in a shopping cart at Walmart where she left the cart near soft wear and walked to a register paying for a few items.  Going back to the cart she placed the items that she had paid for on top of what she had not paid for and left the store.

 

Once at the jail Johnson had in her possession some pills and cannabis.

On May 7, 2012, William Joseph Guernsey, 23 of Lake City, Fl was arrested and charged with Grand Theft after he took items from Walmart without paying for them

 

Guernsey was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 12, 2012, Eugene Lorenzo, 27 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resist Arrest With Violence after he was doing donuts and causing a disturbance in the parking lot.  Once contact was made with Lorenzo he grabbed the deputies shirt and attempted to struggle with him.

 

Lorenzo was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 10, 2012, Carmello Espino, 48 of Branford, Fl was arrested and charged with Disorderly Intoxication after he was walking through a trailer park naked with his pants down.  Contact was made and Espino appeared to be intoxicated.

 

Espino was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 14, 2012, Tommy Ray Sarvis, Jr., 26 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Burglary While Armed, Grand Theft and Dealing In Stolen Property after he freely admitted that on or about March 30, 2012 he and a co-defendant entered a residence through an unlocked door and stole a .38 caliber handgun.  Sarvis stated that he and the co-defendant then sold the gun for $300.

 

Sarvis was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 15, 2012, John Fletcher Davidson, Jr, 27 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Burglary While Armed, Grand Theft and Dealing In Stolen Property after he freely admitted that on March 30, 2012 he drove a co-defendant to a location while he burglarized the residence.  Davidson said that he drove down the road and returned back for the co-def waiting near the roadway with a .38 handgun, a jar of change and DVD player.

 

Davidson was transported to the Suwannee County Jail

On May 14, 2012, Tommy Ray Sarvis, Jr 26 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Burglary While Armed, Grand Theft and Dealing In Stolen Property after he freely admitted that on May 9th he and a co-defendant entered a residence with intentions of committing a burglary. Sarvis said that he sat in the vehicle while the co-def forced his way into the residence through a window.  Sarvis said that the co-def came out the front door with a 50"" flat screen TV and states that he helped him carry it to the car. Sarvis said that the co-def went back in and came back out with a rifle in one hand.

 

Sarvis was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.

On May 15, 2012, John Fletcher Davidson, Jr 27 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Dealing in Stolen Property after he freely admitted that on May 9th he assisted a co-defendant in selling a stolen television.  Davidson stated that he had knowledge that the television was stolen.  Davidson took co-def in a known area for drug activity and sold the television for crack and money.

 

Davidson was transported to the Suwannee County Jail.



12-21022 On May 15, 2012, Donnie Everhart 52 of Live Oak, Fl was arrested and charged with Disorderly Intoxication after he was extremely intoxicated and causing a disturbance with some of his friends at the residence where he was living.  Contact was made with Everhart where he repeatedly came out of the residence and attempted to start a verbal altercation with the victim.  Everhart was repeatedly informed to stop and go back into the residence.  After failing to comply with the instructions Everhart was arrested and transported to the Suwannee County Jail.
